Does the motorcycle need to be returned with a full fuel tank?

How long is the security deposit withheld?
Up to 15 days, depending on the payment card issuing bank.
What should I do if I have been involved in a road accident or have noticed that my motorcycle has been damaged?
You should immediately call the telephone number of the contact person indicated in the motorcycle rental agreement, who will inform you about further actions accordingly.
Does the motorcycle have CASCO and MTPL insurance?
Yes, all our motorcycles have both MTPL and CASCO insurance policies with operations in all European Union countries.
Is it allowed to ride a motorcycle outside the territory of Latvia?
Yes, but it is mandatory to inform the rental representative in advance.
Can only the person specified in the contract ride the rented motorcycle?
Yes. It's not allowed to let ride the rented motorcycle to a third party.
Is it possible to extend the rental period?
It is possible by informing the rental representative as soon as possible. The rental period cannot be extended if the motorcycle has been rented for the desired period of time and if we are unable to offer an equivalent motorcycle instead.
Is it allowed to ride with the motorcycle outside of Latvia?
Yes, you can ride outside of Latvia, but you need to inform about it rent personel.
